The mission of the Royal Ministry of Kingdom Security is to uphold
the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
 Goals:
1. To create an effective system where the people's needs for safety,
freedom and privacy conflict less
2. To develop procedures which cause less inconvenience and intrusion
to the individual
3. To use other countries' experience with new public safety approaches
to devise its work methods
